I think I'm finished. It will have to sit for a day or two to make sure it doesn't want anything else.

I am fascinated by all of the gluing options...this is going to require research and trying all sorts...my local hardware store has two aisles of glues...and they are cheaper than the craft stores...thanks for the recommendations and reviews, everyone!  I love learning as I craft!

I am going to be mailing probably the last minute...I have unexpected projects thrown at me at work that has drained me of time and energy...plus this cold is making me sleepy and cranky...I do have a box and bubblewrap! So I am at least ready in that department! Grin

This morning I thought I was done.  Then I checked on the drying this afternoon and it turns the glue couldn't hold a major element I had planned.  So now I must figure out some other way to attach it or something else to replace it with Sad.  I hate when things fail.

Because I'm a genius and forgot to bring it with me this morning, I'll be shipping tomorrow.

and I'm done! and quite happy with it.  In fact I would love to keep it but will send it.
Hint: in making my block I learned how to rust small metal objects by soaking them in a vinegar and water solution, drying, repeating, soaking in salt and water, drying.  That was satisfying. Smiley
Will send tomorrow.

Glad you got the replacement part, cackle!

I'm finished, too. I think. Maybe I'll check once more... Smiley
