I have an unplanned snow day tomorrow so I'm going to relocate all of the yarn off of my work table and dig in this.

Back to school after two weeks off and unlike the rest of the country, San Francisco is warm and mild. And I received an email that my Etsy order was shipped, so I hope the blocks will arrive and get started.

Happy crafting!

Wulf I'm envisioning a transformer ATB! Animated and with special effects of course. Come on, you can do it!

Stop it, cmairion! You don't know what you might unleash!

If anyone is in really desperate need of a suitable block, PM me and I'll send you one by express mail. Finding a block of wood shouldn't be the hardest part of this swap!

Whoot! Whoot! I got my blocks cut tonight. I cut about 6 or 7, but only sanded 3 of them. So now to the next step. I've been gathering bits and pieces that I might use....and making a list of items to be on the lookout for. And sketching. I have a feeling this one will look like none of my sketches when I'm done. It will have a life of it's own.

And Wulf...I have confidence in you. But please stop at world domination! And then again...might be a better world!

Me too.  I'm at the 'stare at it to decide what else it needs' point.  I may be staring a while!

I just got back from four days at the Smithsonian. They had a Byzantine exhibit there that blew my socks off. Pottermouth, you may get something that looks like it's from Constantinople!  Cheesy
