Yes. My mother commented December 24 morning that I should make something for my sisterinlaw since I cross stitched my brother a video game gift.   Oh my GOD! I spent 5 hours trying to  off-loom stitch a hello kitty head while looking after the woodstove.. I panicked and tried to loom it.. still wasn't working... argh! I called my dad and asked him to brave the local Wal-Mart for small pictue frames and ran upstairs to grab my aida cloth and stash of embroidery floss.

It took about 6 hours including breaks and sketching out the design.  I opted for kitty's bow to be green [DMC tye-dye multi shades of green, looks better in person].  I added seeds beads I was going to use for the original keychain idea... sadly when my dad must man'd the stitch into the tiny frame he smooshed the beads.. but it fit.. BARELY.. lmao.  I was afraid he'd crack the glass.  Thank god he didn't.
 The beads were meant to look more like the top right one.. a plus sign I suppose.. lol 1 ruby surrounded by teal.. again it looks nice in person.
