Hee, bunny, I should start posting pics of all the stuff I've messed up! I can't sew or yarn or do decent stencils to save my life. Doesn't mean I won't keep trying. Cheesy
Anyways, my partner in the hippy swap received, so I'm going to do a photo dump.
Vase-funky bottle,a zillion pieces of purple envelopes, highlighted with silver and a little black, and a ton of sealer,
Mardi gras sorta beads flower.

three reconstructed necklaces-sun,moon and tree, tree's my favorite, a sharpie and alcohol dyed scarf, notebooks covered with tree and nature pages from an old desk calendar, and a batch of granola. ^^

Bookstorebabe, that is some beautiful stuff! I really love the mosaic! Shocked

My latest project was a hat for my little niece who lives in Michigan. Her favorite color is pink so I used Lion Brand Homespun Thick and Quick in Coral Stripes.

The flower and the necklaces are wonderful!

How did you do the flower with mardi gras beads?  lol...I might have to unpack the box I am gathering for you and snatch some of them out of there! Grin

It is so stinking hot here, but I still feel like knitting hats...that hat is going to be warm and cozy in the cold winters of Michigan (my sister lives there but she does not wear hats!).

Now that it has been received, I can share my most recent hoop here. I made this for goldfishpollywog in the most recent hoop swap. Based on the Firefly quote "Some people juggle geese." It was really just an excuse to put a bird on something. Wink

It has its own post here.

Wow, some awesome projects!  Digging that vase bookstorebabe!  And I have to reiterate how mindblowing I think your mosaic is!

That hat looks incredibly soft!  Pretty yarn, too.

artsycandice, your handwriting is so pretty!  And it translates so nicely to embroidery!  Your goose is lovely, too (not normally I word I associate with geese, but in this case I believe it works  Wink). Gorgeous work!

I agree--any excuse to put a bird on a project would make me happy!

I really admire you hoopla people!  So creative and skilled...love the words and the goose!  The wings are fabulous....

I have nothing to show yet except two more fabric pages I did.

A couple of birdhouses:

I knitted an "easy" baby hat that occupied my obsessive self all weekend...I was not going to let the knitting defeat me, but as soon as I finished the hat, I threw away the pattern...it was not "easy"... Grin

This obsession kept me from dyeing any more fabric, so that will be tonight's project! Grin
