My partners in the recent pendant swap have finally all received their pendants. I made embroidered pendants over a faux turquoise bead and some shrinky-dink pendants.

Agreed!  Love the clothes!!!  the embroidered pendants are amazing!!!

Here's the HP tee I made for Lana this weekend.  It's the first time I bleached a non-black tee.  LOL.   I found the stencil by googling, but modified it a bit (redid the head of the badger/raven and the raven's wings).

I love that shirt! I need to do that to some of mine to hide spots and stains that won't go away. Cheesy

How does that stencil work? I'm trying to wrap my brain around it being cut-out but can't seem to see where the connection is. It doesn't make sense to me. But is really neat!!

Thanks Lindy!

Hi artsycandice! The stencil is made from freezer paper.  All you do is print (or draw) your design on the non-shiny side of the paper, cut it out, iron it in place, and then spray with bleach.  The part you are cutting out acts as a resist to the bleach.  It's not the typical stencil where you need islands to connect the pieces.  Smiley

Thanks! See now, I've never used freezer paper for anything. I hear about it a lot but have been unsure about ho to go about using it. I am sure that it is easier than I am making it seem. Wink
