Love the quilts, especially the diagonally striped one. Cute pillow cases. Kids will love those fabrics.
UTM, those necklaces are ve-e-e-ery nice!
Not familiar with Moonrise Kingdom, but the stitching looks very well done. Reminds me of the stitch samplers our ancestors made, but with a bright modern take.

Our Dutch oven group had its monthly cookout yesterday, so thought I'd share with you what I made. Everything we make is done in cast iron Dutch ovens using charcoal as our heat source. Makes controlling the heat a challenge, especially when it's very cold, windy, or raining. A cherry upside down cake made from some of the fresh cherries I've been processing this week (No, not the brandied ones or the ones in vodka.  Cheesy Just plain ol' cherries.) And to keep things simple since it's so hot here, Italian sausages braised with bell peppers and sweet onions.

Yum!  Those sausages get my vote, especially with sweet onions.

Whayt lovely baked (and not baked) goods!  The chocolate-peanut butter pie and the cherry upside down cake are making me hungry!  (Oddly enough, I have sausage and kraut for lunch, so great minds are thinking alike there!) And I luuuuv the raccoon pin.

Beautiful jewelry, UTM!  And the blanket squares are a nice gift for charity.  what a great wish for a bat mitzvah gift - so she can pass along the mitzvah part.

The socks are beautiful and I love the way you polished off those scaps in the blankets -- fantastic!

I am sorry, but all I can see are the cherries... all the crafts pale in comparison. I'm a little hungry right now. Teehee. And kraut, one of my favorite things! Must be that Scandinavian heritage but I am drooling over the sausage kraut. Oh yes, crafts, there are projects here too aren't there? Grin Seriously, the non-food projects are wonderful too.

Look who's gettin' around to finally posting some pictures!  Cheesy

Crocheted nests.  One of my friends requested four to use at the Water Fowl Rescue center that she volunteers at.  Yay scrap yarn!

My VERY FIRST PAIR OF SOCKS!  I might be a little excited about these!  They are plain orange but they are mine and they are done!  Cheesy

The Paidrag Driving Cap.  I don't have an action shot of Z in his hat.  Silly man wouldn't let me take one. The top picture is kinda hard to see but its the cabling that's on top of the cap.

I have a hoopla finished as well but I can't post it because it hasn't made its way home just yet.
