You all have been making some amazing things!  Smiley I really haven't been crafting much lately, I've been a mega bookworm lately spending all my free time reading. I also widened my garden by about 6 feet and got all my seeds and plants in. I also planted two pots of herbs.

I did make one thing though!  Cheesy I made this hoop inspired by the movie Up. It's the first hoop I've ever made myself.  Roll Eyes  Cheesy

This is so odd...I was just asking around about you QNM!!  I am missing some key members big time...this is like a huge family to me...

I am glad you are spending time reading...I love to read mostly in the summer...but wow...what a lovely hoop you made for yourself...please don't tell me those buttons had to be sewn on one by one...gah--I see the thread!!!  What a lot of work, but so worth it!

p.s. don't be a stranger...pop in and visit every once in a while Grin

How can you all manage to get so much crafting done in so little time?!? I've been stuck on one project now for 2 months (a quilted & embroidered wall hanging housewarming pressie) and I think it's sucking all the creativity out of me!

....that and the unexpected house renovations seem to have swallowed all my crafting time these days - musy get my life back in balance.  Embarrassed

QNM - I love that hoopla - what a brilliant idea using buttons for balloons   Cheesy

love those jewelry pouches!  They do look complicated with all the little pockets!

bushbaby--the busier I am, the more I NEED to craft...it is stress relief for me...now that I no longer care for my mother, I seem to have way too much time on my hands so I try to keep busy with clearing out my junk for a future move and making stuff...

When I am outside getting some sunshine and fresh air, I get a bit bored, so I tend to make fun, outdoor projects:

I have six I want to do, well, actually six more because I mailed this one to a friend...

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best
