Smeddley, this new tiara looks good too. Your arrow hoop is charming.

Sheepblue, the boot stamp is genius and the cards are cute.

Bookstorebabe, great recycling of electronic parts. The doorway is inviting.

Kookaoo-star, are you already getting ready for next Christmas? That's what I would call organized! Your runner looks good, not wonky but handmade.

That1girl, lots of adorable baby stuff. The almonds look delicious.

Carolmb, this dragon is sure to brighten someone's day week years.

Lindyv321, washi tape makes everything better. The ones you chose go well together.

Thank you  Smiley I'm probably a couple of years behind on my handmade gifts but I knew I had enough of the Christmassy fabrics to make the runner and it looked do-able to a beginner quilter.

you guys have been busy!  I'll have to look at everything I missed and comment!

I am glad to be back a bit...many of you know that my Mom died May 1st...she was very ill for a long time, so it was peaceful and quick.  I am alright...just trying to get back to normal...during her illness, I did manage to craft...

Crafting has helped me through a lot of things...it and my many internet buddies got me through, so mucho gracias to all!

Here is a scarf I made for a co-worker who really helped out at work and also brought food to my family...

It is a herringbone stitch..

I also made a pair of socks and some prayer flags but have to wait until they reach their new homes! Grin

I am so sorry for your loss alwaysinmyroom.  Crafting does help A LOT! My mom is very ill right now and I always bring a project I can stitch when I sit with her on the weekends.
