I loved all the different flowers! They would be so pretty sewn on a blouse, or as pins, or on hair things, or...anything!
Did more stuff.
Gear shrine thingy.http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=432992.0#axzz2zTx3Attu

17 necklaces from my key and necklace stashes, for imaginary places.

A BFG,  and another bunch of rayguns. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=432994.0#axzz2zU55kjhb

Oh, and the set of circuit board suncatchers, found the idea online.
There's a bit more, but that's enough of a project dump for tonight.^_^

bookstorebabe - I'm loving the steampunk as always! Also have serious crafster-crush on you ray guns! That one would look amazing on my mantle peice  Grin

hey all, sorry I've not been around for a bit - work..life..back pain, kinda all got in the way. Have been lurking a little though, loving all the pretties being posted.

I've updated my List a bit - cleared 1 project, started 1 and finshed a new item Smiley

I made my mum a small mothers day pressie, and in the process got around to using my Hot glue gun (on my list of 'Doorstopper' craft things!). I upcylde a 3" tall glass jar to a pincushion:

Small I know but given the complete lack of creative energy I have had in the last few months I'm still proud Smiley And I got over my fear of the hot glue gun (thats what been putting me off from using it)

lots of lovely stuff!

My finish for the week, two zip bags for my stepdaughters for Easter.  They are older, so I figured it was more useful than a basket.  Fabric is stash, and i suppose zippers are too as I ordered a bunch the other month so has to have some on hand.  I used interfacing on one, but it's still a bit floppy. I assume its because it is large, maybe fusible fleece would be the way to go

thanks, guys!
bushbaby, I bet your mom will love that pincushion.
I've been so busy this spring, I've gotten way behind on Craftster. I haven't even been looking at challenges or swaps.  Shocked Mini convention this month. Did just slightly better than breaking even, not so good this year.  Frantically getting ready for one in May and one in July, that I haven't done before.
Also desperately trying to unclutter the living room, because we'll be getting  a leak in the roof fixed in a month or so. ACK!
I eventually go back and read what I've missed, but I'm still going to be AWOl  a bit. I'm cheering you all on in spirit.  Cheesy
Edit-bushbaby, have you thought about getting  a low temp glue gun? I don't like using hot glue guns either. I mostly use stinky old E6000.

bookstorebabe, you make some amazing things, I must say!  Love the raygun and the shrine, especially.

Cute pincushion, bushbaby!  And the zip bags was a great Easter idea, cursive_queen!

Tons of great stuff has been posted in the last few days!  I love all the bracelets, bouquets, pendants, and pouches.

I finished up my April hoop for the monthly hoopla along.  This months theme was Under the Sea so I stitched up this very regal seahorse.

I also made this memory wire wrap bracelet for myself

Finally I made this skull pendant for myself.  I used wooden pendant, some stickers that fit perfectly, and Diamond Glaze

Love the seahorse! Look's like April has been a very "blue" month for you.  Grin

Ooh, nice work, Lindy!  The seahorse is so pretty and well done!  Even tho the the whole Day of the Dead thing isn't really my style, I do really like your pendant.  And the bracelet will go nicely with it, too. Not matchy-matchy but not clashing, either!  Grin
