this is the item I was trying to make for the Nerd Battles' anime vs. modern cartoon battle.  but it ended up taking way too long.

I present to you, Canti:

all credit for the design goes to kurichii.

he is around 6in x 10in and stitched on 28 count cloth.

jfer007 lgreat that hat!   Love how it seems to switch prominent colors.
Krafty_Karasu nice Canti, it looks like it would take a long time. That is a lot of thread switching for all the shading.

It is silly season around here which means I spend my spare time crafting instead of following and posting.  I lurk as best as I can.  I finally took a minute to update my list.  I apologize if some of the following are repeats, I promise they aren't on my list.

11. Seat save cushions for the robotics team

12.  Curtains for Spud 1's apartment.

March
13.  Mug Rug

14.  Mug Rug Instructable

15.  Lemoyne Star Quilt

16. Hand quilting Instructable

17.  Paris Fleamarket Quilt

18.  Jam and Bread Quilt

19.  Blackboard coaster prototype

20.  Flying Geese at Sunset wall hanging

21.  Succeeded at Paper Piecing!

22.  New quilt label designs and multiple labels completed.

I'm counting the paper piecing success as it's own project because it has been a LONG time coming!

That quilt is amazing!  Is it knit or crochet??

I need some of those sweater clips!  I wear a cardigan every day to work cause I have to hide my tattoos and those would dress things up when I don't wear a necklace!

Mug rugs are too cute!  I am still needed one of those!

I also love those sweater clip things!  I have to wear a lot of cardigans to work as well.

waggonswest...wow--I love your flying twisty geese!  All of your projects seem to be so huge...quilts and more quilts!

I kind of like it when we get photo dumps...it relieves me to know that even if you are not super active on the boards, you are still crafting out there!!!

plaidpineapple...yay for lots of photos!  Love those aprons and the smock...and your pants fit very well...I still like making pants because getting a well-fitted pair is hard for me.
