It looks like I'll be getting more crafting time in the near future. I am going back down to 40 hours a week which means I won't be working Fridays. WOOHOOO

I'm going to start freezer paper stenciled shirts this weekend, and hopefully get my lap quilt done.

I love those fabric baskets--thanks for the link...I like to have a variety of styles on hand...

Also, those pacifier holders are something I keep meaning to make...I know I have seen some clips, but now I am not sure where I saw them...I like the fabric ones a lot more than the ribbon ones...they seem sturdier!

I finished another UFO, a wall hanging that sat unfinished for about 2 years.

If I'm no working tomorrow (I'll know between 6am and 8am) I plan to finish a UFO dress, some more of my quilt, and we'll see what else I can get finished.

Looking for 100% Cotton scraps.  Miss G wants to make a scrap quilt for as little $ as possible, so if you have something that she could use, please pm me.

Another hand cut stenciled shirt that I made in the OWS swap for spikefan.  In case you aren't familiar is based off the movie Boondock Saints.

This weekend I made a start at a new craft - needle felting.  I've been interested in it for quite a while and purchased a kit with two needles and the foam base 3-4 years ago.  Got lots and lots of roving a couple summers back when I bought part of someone else's stash <smile>

My first try resulted in a lovely red heart using a cookie cutter to help with the shaping.  Then another thinner heart and then a star and then a half moon and finally a moose! I ordered more tools and a book from Amazon so I'll have enough to share with a friend at work.

I see Christmas presents/ornaments for my entire family.

It didn't happen if there is no picture...just saying... Grin...

Seriously, needle felting is really a very neat craft...I have admired it from afar and will someday try it! Can't wait to see what you make!
