I really need to learn how to use my knitting machine as well or just let it go...

I am snagging things from everyone's list... Grin

Good to see everyone...did you know that more goals are reached by having a plan than without having one? I get a lot more done at work and home with my lists, even if I don't follow them entirely...Grin

I agree that lists are useful, to me anyway, especially to not forget. Even if sometimes, I end up doing something completely different.

My mom picked it up at a yard sale as a birthday gift last year (or the year before) and I'm not even sure if all the components are even there.  This machine looks so foreign to me, I don't know where to begin.  Punch cards and ribber attachment?  Wtf!?!

Does anyone happen to know anything about a Singer 155?  It would be so cool if I could get it going.  2014 is the year.  I hope.  What model do you have?

I'm so glad I'm not the only one snagging ideas from people's lists.   Of course, it's making my "50 things" list significantly longer. Tongue

That is the only downside to this craftalong... I see SO MANY other things I want to do, it makes my already huge list ENORMOUS!

Yay, a machine knitter!  Hello!  =)

Now that I'm following a manual, I'm almost done learning all the parts and setting up.  I don't know why I let intimidation get in the way of trying this before.  It's going to be so fun!

Kookaloo, do you know of any good websites for patterns by chance?  Whether free or for sale?  The books that came with the machine seem a bit dated...

I haven't snagged anything from other lists just yet.  Smiley  But I'll get there.  What I have done is stolen the idea that AIMR did marking WIPs.  I also linked the patterns I'm using for several projects.  Smiley  Trying to be even more organized and productive in 2014!!
