Kbrison, you should move to Oahu. Your place sounds like the thieves' den of Ali Baba. "Open sesame!" Cheesy

Lindyv, all the shirts are cute, the pink one is very cute!

Underthemountain, that's a great toy and you can add accessories whenever you want.

Texscrapper, the heartstopper shirts are fun.

Actsofcraftiness, good idea to put beads on the regular pins.

Cursive-queen, the quilts are gorgeous.

Kookaloo-star, lovely heart hangings.

OK.  Be right there..  No seriously, any specific issue?  I don't recall which machine you ended up getting.

My younger daughter lives a few blocks away, but often makes a point to swing by our house to check out my craft room supplies before heading to the craft stores. Then she usually no longer needs to hit the stores. So of course you're welcome to come use my stuff! The closest airport is Tulsa or it's about a 16 hour drive! Grin

I do that with my mother too. She's a half hour drive away, but it's worth it.  She has both a sewing room, and a caravan for painting and cardmaking.

I want to come too, but Tulsa is a bit far from Australia. You could teach me how to use *my* new woodburning tool lol

Turn on those embroidery machines people. You didn't buy them to be doorstops did you?

Alternatively, you could send them to me, I'll use them! (because I have also been collecting Urban Threads patterns, even though I have no machine to use them on. One day!)

Yeah I, too, am low-tech here.  I think the only things I have that even plug in are my laptop, dremel (basic), soldering iron (still don't know how to use it), woodburning tool (new!), and my sewing machine (with whom I have not been on speaking terms for over a year and a half now).  I would LOVE an embroidery machine, a cricut, a badge/button maker, but more than anything I want to be able to screenprint!!  Roll Eyes

For now I remain here with my pencils and paint and scissors  Cheesy

WW, no real issues...just never turned it on to try.  I got scared to even try it.  I just have to give it a whirl.

Screenprinting is fun, but I still love freezer paper stencils.  Smiley  I'm thinking of combining the screen with the stencil so that I can get a more even inking.  Smiley

Love the color of the frame pincushion with the black and white!  I need one of those for my collection!

I love all the Valentine goodies!  Those shirts are really nice...

I am also one of those guilty people that buy things but then don't use them...I am going to vow to use my embroidery machine more this year...but, I am giving up on the knitting machine and the commercial button maker...I have also not used my dremel in about 20 years nor the wood carving tools and woodburning kit...I just think I get excited to try new things and just don't have enough time for them...I am going to stick to what I love most.

Giving up on a COMMERCIAL button maker?!?!  Are you INSANE?!   Shocked

Seriously, I understand the getting excited about a new thing and then not following through.  I don't do that but I can understand it - my mom is like that, she always comes back to batik and fabric.  I get too bored with any single craft (or even a single family of crafts).  Money is always super tight (I married into TONS of debt and then we've had additional significant costs come about due to multiple health problems) so we pretty much never buy anything pricey exactly BECAUSE I like to switch things up so much.

I always circle back around, though - this week, for example, I've worked with soft pastels, cross stitch, embroidery, acrylics, metal stamping...yeah  Cheesy
