Love the wider handle...and the colors are beautiful!  One of my all time favorite patterns...it has now become a "go to" pattern!

Also, those tags are adorable!

mmmm I wonder if our farmers' market has cherries?  I go on Saturdays so I will check...brandied cherries and ice cream...mmmmm

I made dandelion wine last April. It will be due for my October brew. Smelling sweet, and it sprinkled out. Just a gallon and my first batch, but it seems good  Grin I spoke with a local brewmaster, and he suggested the proper yeast for it. Over 500 flowers that I picked. And then had to peal off the petals. But they are doing their thing.  Grin

I have had the cherries you speak of, cbrison...with everclear. 190 proof.  Roll Eyes Moonshine. Those will pickle anything. Two of those puppies...nap time !

A neat project. I continue to play with my arts. You never know where you can find inspiration.

I have so many big projects that I feel like I'm never going to get anything finished!  Although, a friend of mine asked me to make her some rescue nests for one of our local waterfowl rescue.  So I've got two done so far.  I'm going to try to get the other two done tomorrow or Friday so that'll be another project done!  Cheesy  I also made some progress on the Mini 13 Days of Halloween today!

I really need to find smaller projects!  LoL  Roll Eyes

T--you best watch yourself with that moonshine! Grin  Powerful stuff!  Dandelion wine...wow...I haven't made that in years (too much of the stuff around here gets sprayed with pesticides! Sad)

Frogg--are you making those little knitted/crocheted nests?  I have made some for wildlife rescue group...they are little but take time!

Some of us are a bit obsessed with making hexies...I made this one for Averia for the 105 OWS Swap...can you guess what her favorite color is? Grin
It holds just about everything you need to take along your project since most hexies are made by hand sewing...

I outfitted one of the tins inside with a magnetic felt pincushion and a paint sample needle holder.

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

I've a few things to post.

You've seen two of these little canvases, and the tiny weaving before, but I don't have a separate picture of the last two little canvases.

Two "My Stash" jars, a 600ml and a 250ml

A ribbed unisex beanie for a Foodbank's trivia night:

And a blue goldstone crocheted cuff for the same trivia night:

A pair of anti-tangle headphones in native Australia colours:

I've got a scarf and a hat in the works, but they are pretty time intensive, and school holidays are sucking a lot of my time right now.

AIMR - I am making those nests.  My friend asked for 4.  And the link she sent me is a simple single crochet bowl.  Its just really tight so its murder on my wrist and fingers.

lindv321 - I saw that you posted something about an Ongoing Hoopla along....  I couldn't find it on the craftalong  board.  Did I just miss it?  I need something (besides a swap) to get me back into stitching!

Love everything, but kbrison's tags are such a wonderful use of paper marbling...I got Lana a kit and have been meaning to do something with her, tags might be the perfect start!  I also got so hungry looking those cherries and bacon pancakes!  Drool!!!  And that hexie bag really rocks!!  Smiley  I also really love the woodburned pieces!!

Here are a couple of things I've made recently.

another of those string bags for Lana's hula auntie that is always so nice to her

paper crafts from the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival...Lana did the birds and I did the monkey.  The paper artist drew the pics for us and helped us with the more delicate cuts.

also I finally got a slow cooker and cooked my first ever dish in it yesterday: chicken/salsa.  It was yummy.  I served it with tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and more salsa.  Smiley
