Oh wow that's pretty mio!
I've also made things with the intention of selling them then decided "Nope! I like it too much!"

Congratulations, Bunny1kenobi.

fantasticmio, that is a beautiful blanket.  Can't say I blame you for wanting to keep it.

Here's my latest small project.  There's a back story to this one.  A couple of years ago I was in a swap with Sevsonlygirl.  I sent her a bowl made from a gourd.  I had cut the top of the gourd off and set it aside for another day.  Well, I finally pulled it out and made a wall sconce from it.  Not my best work, but I really had no idea how to do this, so I just winged it.

That blanket is so colorful and cheerful mio! I'd want to keep it too!

I've been up to a few things.

I made some gift tags for our Winter Solstice presents - before the weaving actually, so I don't know why I didn't share them then!

And a super chunky beanie in school colours because the one I made him last year wasn't uniform colours, so they wouldn't let him wear it.

Gratz bunny1kenobi  Grin

Mio - I'd love to make a comment about your blanket but my Work PC is blocking the pic! I will have to bear the suspense until I get home Smiley

SilverMoon - what lovely solstice star/snowflakes Cheesy and that beany looks so warm.

I have managed to finally finish the embroidered wall hanging present for my friends that has been consuming all my creative energy since April. I will post pics when I get home.

AIMR - hugs as always Smiley

I love those stars!

pinokeeo--I had no idea that the tops of gourds were hollow (or did you have to hollow it out?)...if you get another gourd to do, now you know what to make with the top!...how will you hang it?  I think dried flowers would look quite lovely in it!

Love that blanket!!!!!!!  What a unique idea for the rest of the gourd. I agree that pretty flowers would look lovely in it.
