Great photo dump Smeddley!  Everything looks lovely.

The wire wrapped goodies are gorgeous.

I made my second Kumihimo braided bracelet using some cord I ordered.

Next I am going to try doing a beaded one.

That is beautiful. Where do you get your supplies from? I was given a Kumihimo kit a couple of years ago, but have yet to try it out.

I bought the silk cord for that bracelet on Etsy.  I can look up the shop if you want Wink

I have also found supplies at Prima Bead and Fire Mountain Gems which are both online.

I found lots and lots of tutorials on youtube too!  I thought it was going to be really complicated but they are pretty easy to make.  At least this one was!

Lindy..I have many of those tiny braids...most of them have charms and bells on them and are attached to coin purses, cell phones, etc.   They are also used to close kimonos!

I really should learn this traditional Japanese craft! Grin

I love this one...elegant!

You should give it a whirl!  Once you get the hang of it it turns into a kind of mindless craft you can do while watching TV or something.  I have seen some with charms and I am thinking I may make a necklace length one and put a charm of some sort on it.
