I recently made two new stockings for this Christmas.  My boyfriend had mentioned that he never had a stocking.  So, now he has his very own personalized stocking with his name and our puppies names!

His stocking is quilted with a cuff.  His name was in reverse applique, which I will probably never do again, at least with fleece.  It was my first attempt, and it is very hard to cut out lettering.

I had had a few issues with the cuff on his but all in all I think it came out great and he loves it!

I had to make myself one as well.   Grin  Mine is lined, and I found out that it could be reversible!  Next time two stockings in one!  Making the stocking this way, I had a lot less issues with the cuff.

My stocking is inspired from a Pier 1 Christmas decoration that I am obsessed with!  The Penguin was made with felt and detailed with beads, metallic embroidery thread and extra glitter!

And the two stockings on the mantel!

I referenced this tutorial for the lined stocking.  It is very easy to follow.
