BirdBones and I will be starting a swap in the next few days.  We are still working out the details, but I wanted to let y'all know the basics.  The craftster will combine two or more of the themes given by the receiver.  In other words (that I personally prefer), the craftster will mutate things together to make new things.  Here's an example!

1. Elephants
2.  Dr. Who
3.  Octopus
4.  Iron Man

One could make a Fez (Mat Smith's Doc..)with Elephants on it, OR an elephant with tentacles stuffie, OR an Iron Man shirt where he is carrying a sonic screwdriver, OR an octopus in Iron Man armor from poly clay, OR a painting of Dr. Who and Iron Man fighting over an elephant with tentacles.  And, say, you discover in stalking, that your partner also loves Harry Potter, you could make a Harry Potterpus (heheheh That sounds AWESOME!) The point it to smash 2 or more things together that your partner likes, then make a cool new thing.  Use what ever materials you want, just use them in as high a quality way that you can.

Anyway, we wanted to alert y'all, so those of a sensitive constitution could avert their eyes if they feel the need Grin

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

Yeah- ready for a good mutation over here! And I would like to include a squidefant in Mrs. Weasleys knitted sweater in the above mentioned awesome list. In fact. looking forward to a *muhaha* *putting mad scientist outfit on* challenging mutation project to work off some of the anger for having to  work when everyone has the holidays off.
