Is it possible to use a fabric marker on a piece of fabric after an Iron-on transfer has been applied? I'm concerned it won't "seep" into the fabric properly...

I've never had a problem with it, just be sure to heat set it between each step.  and I would cut out any dead areas out of the iron on.  You might use a thicker fabric paint marker instead of just an inky one.  hope this helps!
