This is a super simple salad of cooked then cooled puy lentils, baby plum tomatoes, and celery. Couldn't be easier, but so tasty!

No, I'm not really into dressings on salads since if rather use good core ingredients and taste them. I suppose a sprinkle of salt might highlight the tomatoes if you're into that  Smiley
