I worked on this for the IYP swap and my partner just got it so I can post up.  Smiley  She gave me a couple themes and forest animals was one of them. I knew I wanted to try that one. I wanted the girl to be younger and less serious than I normally do and it was my first time drawing any of these animals. I tried drawing a cat earlier this year and failed miserably so I wasn't sure how they would turn out. I like the bunny best. I have a soft spot for them anyways. They are just SO darned cute!

This was done in Copic markers. My hubby surprised me with a couple new sets. And I tried using sepia outlining instead of black. I love the sepia! I think it made a ton of difference. Now I want to try the gray, blue, green, wine. I am just so curious on how they would turn out.
Thanks for checking it out! I have two more drawings I need to get done before Christmas so I have to get started working on them..... Shocked

It's gorgeous! I think all the animals turned out really beautiful. My personal favourite is the doe Smiley
Her eyes are soooo large and sad.

I am pining for the coloured fine liners too! I got a grey one, but it's not really fine enough.

I can't decide if the bunny or the squirrel is my favorite. They all are beautiful.
