I have a laundry sorter my husband picked out to replace the one we had before our house burned down. It's been six months and the cheapo canvas laundry hamper has torn, and anyway it takes up too much space in my laundry room. Any ideas of how to reuse the frame? My stepson doesn't have much in the way of stuffed animals or I would think that the hamper would still serve pretty well for stuffed toy storage.

I think I would be stumped too.

How about something for wrapping paper:

Or make a recycling center... kinda like this:

I will keep browsing throughout the day and post more if I find more or think of more.

Good luck!

If you have a lot of basketballs/soccer balls, etc., you could make a holder for them.

A la - http://www.containerstore.com/shop/?productId=10019116

Or put a hard top on it, cover it with a pretty table cloth and make it a side table (with storage)?

Those are really great ideas! I especially like the recycling sorter. Unfortunately, my husband threw the laundry sorter away. I'm the keeper, he's the tosser. Sad

As soon as I saw that I wanted to make a little house from canvas and some of my fabric stash.... my brain works in a very odd way though so it is better to just ignore me  :-)
