Glass bowl for the head. Empty salsa jar for the body.

Pour white paint in both then swirl to cover the insides. Pour out excess.
The body jar must be completely dry before attaching the head onto it with hot glue.
This guy has the eyes, nose and mouth made from foam sheets.
The scarf was made from a felt sheet.
Add a child size winter hat to complete the look.

You can also use "puffy paint" for the face vs foam sheets.
