I'm going to wait to open my Yule swap gifts until Yule is here. Or at least I will try. So tempting!!!

I'm going to be so nervous until then! I keep thinking "Oh my gosh will she like it? What if she doesn't like it?"  I worry so much when I send out a package.

Imbolc is one my favourite festivals, so I'm happy to organize the swap for it. A shrine swap is a great idea, Maman T. We haven't had one for a while, and the great thing about shrines is that you can make them any size from matchbox to almost room-size, and any degree of 3-dimensionality you like, so shipping is easier to accommodate.

All the loveliness!  I am super nervous now that I have seen all these packages!  I only made one item with a bunch of pieces!  EEEk! An Imbolc shrine swap sounds wonderful!

I received my package from whileitsraining today!!!

Here is my lovely package all bundled in a cute snowman box!

Inside was this pretty crocheted snowflake garland! The pictures really don't capture the lovely details sadly Sad But its really much prettier in person! The bigger snowflakes have different colored metallic threads and really sparkle in the light!

The best thing is that it fits across my window by my tree perfectly! Its as if I gave her the measurements!

Thanks so much Ani for a beautiful gift! Its perfect!! And I will use it for years to come! (In fact I just may leave it up until Ostara lol!)

Yay!  I am so glad it arrived safely and that you found a place for it!  Hubby was laughing at me because by the end I wasn't even counting or really looking at what I was crocheting.  My hands had muscle memory of the snowflake pattern by then!!!  Cheesy  I really did enjoy making this and if I hadn't run out of white yarn I would have made another one for myself.

The snowflake garland looks gorgeous.

I received from pollyprissypants last night. I was very excited because USPS said that it had gone out for delivery at 9 in the morning but when our mail was delivered there was no package.

Here is everything all wrapped (I was cooking dinner and opening my package at the same time, hence the butter and bread knife)

On top of everything was this lovely Yule card along with a little note

First I opened the package that was wrapped on both ends and was softer than the others. It contained this cute crochet fox that pollyprissypants made with yarn that she spun. I just about died from the cuteness (I work a lot with fox energy in my magick and the fox is my spirit or totem animal).

Next I opened the shorter of the two remaining and found this lovely jar of rosemary from pollyprissypant's garden. It smells wonderful and is vibrantly green.

Last, I opened the tallest package and found this cylindrical tin...

that contained a little Artemis. Isn't she gorgeous? She has already found a home on my altar.

Thank you so much pollyprissypants! I love everything.
