I turned adult socks into chubby thigh hugging baby leggings...going to add small tutu to the top to match blue stripe at bottom

Yes they were adult knee highs, cut and sewn at sole of socks. I  buy $1 socks for these and also to make her legwarmers

Still trying to figure out how you got a sock to fit around a diaper.  Feeling very braindead.

That's the great thing about socks, they're very stretchy. I'll admit when I finished them I thought they looked very small but had no problem sliding them right on her.
