I'm finally posting a pic of a few of the million marble magnets I've been making. I just started making square ones, they're so much fun. I made this set from Japanese postage stamps (thanks to my dad's old stamp collection!).

Hello everybody!

I made some of these magnets for my brother who needs a few magnets. I hope he'll like them. Here they are:

Those are so cute. I like the simplicity of the patterns. Very classy.

So a question about these......

I seem to get a million catalogues with some great patterns that would make cool magnets but it appears that the other side (back) of the page will show through. Has anyone had any experience with this?

if you put something behind it like cardstock with the image still show through?  I use comic book pages and I always put a layer or 2 of cardstock so that the glue from the magnet doesn't seep through. That should help your situation to I think.

I adhere my magazine/catalog clippings to cardstock. But, for postage stamps, they're thick enough that I don't need to!
