So here's a tutorial for this ingenious craft! i saw one online and had to make a few. had to share the tutorial for the world. the original one i saw online was just a tape around a horses tail and three strips that hung from it, but after a lot of thought i decided to make one that works better: it's held in two places, so there's no fear of it hitting the horse at any point and it's secured in two places with velcro, so it doesn't fall off!

the tutorial is in finnish, but there is lots of pictures, so i hope you'll enjoy, and atleast get some ideas!! Smiley

The most important notes are:
1. the upper strap is good to be placed as shown in the tutorial, so that it is easier to put in place
2. remember to put the soft velcro inside the strap as it can possibly come in contact with the horses skin, so it really shouldn't be the rough velcro that is against your horses skin. it's tender inder the tail!

i actually don't have anything else to say about this. just: happy crafting!! Smiley enjoy

What a great idea, and so beautifully executed as well!  Your equine friend looks gorgeous with those star adornments!
