Gayle - Bonita has actually rolled out an adult version of the pattern that includes S, M, and L sizing to cover a range of women's shoe sizes from 6-10.  It uses all the same techniques as the baby pattern, so you could probably engineer it yourself if you're clever like that, but I opted to just buy the pattern.
