help! i desperately want to make one of these lovely bags and in fact I've got to the bit where you attach the sides to the main frame...but I can't understand the diagram! I'm sure I'm being completely dense as everyone else has made beautiful bags. Can anyone shed some light? When I place the side piece right side up I can't seem to work out how to pin the main frame to it! probably doesn't help that I'm using different fabrics for the main bit and the side....

I love this pattern and have been wanting to try it, but I'm a little confused with the tutorial (probably because I am not the best sewer), can someone explain the process a little more or do a tutorial with pictures?

So to motivate me to go to the gym on a regular basis I figured that I needed a brand new gym bag that I would feel proud to tote into the muscle madness with me.  This lovely is what I came up with.

I made this bag a few weeks ago but finally got to test it during SXSW. I love it and I got tons of compliments. Hopefully, the pictures will work and aren't too big. Ignore my desk mess.

Thanks for posting a tut.

I LOVE this fabric! I picked up about 6 yards of it on clearance at Wal-Mart. I'm actually pondering what kind of bags/purses I should make with it right now! Yours looks amazing! Great job!
