I made this little village to practice inchie house techniques for the current swap. I drew out my own pattern for each one, mostly winging it! Wink

Winter was my first attempt - a basic shape, with a glitter snowstorm raging.

Spring is a round house, with little window scenes - see the kitty? The seed beads around the bottom are supposed to be flowers, but I don't know how well that idea translated.

Summer was actually the last house I made, when I was confident enough to play around with a little mudroom add-on.

And fall has a wee chimney! I also liked the round roof design.

And my very favorite detail:

All the windows glow in the dark!  Cheesy

Dear little houses.  I adore the glow-in-the-dark effect.

The winter house is my favorite, too (because of the snow and the coloring), but I love the rounded roof on the autumn one as well.

all cute but my favorites are summer because of the mudroom and spring because of the shape.

These are fantastic!!!!  I love the glitter snowstorm on the winter house, but they are all really amazing!

Any chance you would give a brief description on how you added the mud room?  Was that part of your original design, or did you add it on after?

Love them all, but spring is my favorite. Totally dig the idea of a round little house!

    Thanks everyone!

I added it on after - I basically drew out a three-sided box with tabs folded in on each sidewall, and on the bottom. The roof was separate.
