Oh, very cool. I once made some horns with sculpey, but they were too heavy to wear... The crayola stuff is so light, this could be the start of something good!

And thanks for mentioning that acrylic paint works well with it, saves a bit of trial and error for me!

OMGoodness, I found the Faerie Grove ages ago and did the same thing! I made mine with sculpey, though, and had no problem. I use the glittery sculpey in the colors I want, then cover in peralecent glitter glue and than rehular glitter glue in a coordintaing color. I isually use two colors of sculpey. I should find a pic with me wearing them....

i saw horns at the ren fest too but was too cheap to buy some since they looked so easy to duplicate, but i completely forgot about it until i saw this thread! i love the black ones especially! yay, only a matter of weeks before ren fest starts!! my little brother is celebrating his birthday there and i think i'm going to go make a bunch as a part of his gift!

very cool.  Makes me think of the Reneisance (sp?) faire.  The people working there would yell: There goes a horny wench! if they saw someone wearing them.

Very cool! good work.

I saw this thread and visited faerie grove---and now my first set is in the oven! I'm actually going to a Renaissance festival this Sunday and I was looking for things to spiff up my costume. I had just enough sculpy left over from another project--which was just sitting in a ziplock bag. See? Keeping craft scraps sometimes pays off...^_^

Anyone know how much they go for at Ren Fest? I'm curious to see how much money I saved by making them...lol Cheesy

I'm Back! Woo-hoo!
