It's that time of the year again folks! The time when you need to bust out the warm winter hats. The only problem is, my kids like to lose all of their hats. My solution: make a new one! This is the owl hat that I made. I used just plain old Red Heart yarn for it and followed the pattern from: http://www.repeatcrafterme.com/2012/09/crochet-owl-hat-pattern-in-newborn.html. The pattern was really easy to follow, though I did find it ran a little small. I just popped it on my kiddo's head and crocheted accordingly. Behold the owl hat!

That is so cute!  I've got an owl hat in my queue of things to make, too. =)
