I've made a comedy post on my blog about how to scrapbook like a boss, hopefully I'm not the only one who finds it funny!  Anyway I used this scrapbook as an example because it's the one I went most insane collecting things for and hence the one I'm most proud of.  There are more details about the lengths I went to to collect stuff for this, and a joke tutorial over at that post.

I used a big photo album I got in Japan:

There's a ton of pages in it, we were in Tokyo for 12 days and there are multiple pages per day.  You can see from the book that we went to 12 theme restaurants, and even some of them took up 2 pages!

Wow! I think you are crazier than I am  Grin Very interesting picture book/scrappy thing.

What does "moomin" mean in English? Is that a yum, yum, restaurant sound?

I have never been to Japan, but had some pen-pals from there as a kid. For school. PM me with more of your adventures, if you wish! I would love to hear of them.

Haha yeah I don't know if I could get any worse with my scrapbooking habits, they are pretty awkward!

Moomins are Finnish, I'm not sure if it means anything, it's just the name of the big hippo-like creatures.  I'm hoping to go to the Moomin theme park in Finland next year, will definitely have to scrapbook that!

Thanks for letting me know about the link!  I've fixed it now.  I'm glad you laughed at my post, I wasn't sure if anyone else would find it funny.  Yeah my scrapbook from Austria smells like chai tea, and the japan one like Rilakkuma burger bite crisps!

I love your scrapbook! I haven't done whole books yet but my scrap booking looks a lot like yours. Mine probably smells like glue though. lol I especially like the first page with the bunny (Is her name Miffy?) and the Moomin page.  Cheesy

Your scrapbook is phenomenal!  There is so much to see and it comes together so well.

Yeah, I'd say if you are leaving your underwear in the airport to make more room for your scrapbooking supplies in your luggage, you might scrapbook like a boss. Cheesy Grin Cheesy

Thanks!  The chai tea smell is the nicest smell in one of my books, it was in Austria.
Yes it's Miffy, I seem to have an obsession with miffy and moomins :-)

Omg I'm SO glad to hear you liked my post, i was afraid the sarcasm wouldn't be conveyed well online and everyone would just think I'm an egotistical jerk!  My bf didn't really get the humour but he's not a scrapbooker so maybe that's why.
