These toy soldier jar toppers were really easy to make! I just glued little plastic hearts on to some wire, glued that to the soldier's gun, glued the soldier to the jar lid, and then gave everything a coat of spray paint! Yay! They make great craft room storage ^__^

These are great!  Just curious, what kind of glue did you use?

Very clever!  Wouldn't they look great with a jar full of toy soldiers for a little boy.

Scholars and artists...differ most importantly in the way their knowledge is come by.  Scholars get theirs with conscientious thoroughness along projected lines of logic; poets...stick to nothing deliberately, but let what will stick to them like burrs where they walk in the fields.

Thanks all! ^__^

@MissingWillow I used hot glue because it dries so quickly -  it made attaching the wire to the soldiers much easier than the other glues I tried! ^__^
