I'm so happy! Many years ago I sent away for a free pattern and made a beautiful blue and  white afghan, but then lost the pattern. Last night before I fell asleep I was mentally composing a Craftster post to write the next day, to see if anyone recognized the pattern, when the word CASCADE suddenly came into my head! After all these years! One metacrawler search later and I had:
