You are such a great mom!  And as a mom of a kid with allergies, I have to tell you thanks for looking out for the other kids.  I'm always nervous about what he'll be given at school.  If only all moms were like you!  And I have to find me some mixes like that one.

Scholars and artists...differ most importantly in the way their knowledge is come by.  Scholars get theirs with conscientious thoroughness along projected lines of logic; poets...stick to nothing deliberately, but let what will stick to them like burrs where they walk in the fields.

Aww, thank you!

We're a tree nut-free school and the other allergies are really well-communicated classroom to classroom.  If we do homemade, we have to make sure none of our ingredients are exposed to cross contamination and what not.  This mix is made in a dedicated allergen-free facility, which I thought was AWESOME!  I'm definitely going to stock up on some more of them.  I found it local, but here is their site http://www.123glutenfree.com/

So awesome! I remember muffins in cones. They are so good.  Glad you could send something fun like that and avoid all the things! It's getting pretty tricky these days to do that Smiley
