Time for weekly check in!

When do you decorate for Christmas?

I usually decorate December 1st and then take it down the day after Christmas. My husband likes to keep it up till New Years. Sometimes we do and then other times he is tired of looking at it and I get my way.  Grin

I decorate the first week of December, and de-decorate the day after Christmas. I like a clean start to the new year!

I mailed pottermouth's package out yesterday. Smiley

I usually decorate sometime after Thanksgiving and leave it up until Epiphany is over.

I am over halfway done with my project! Hopefully I will have it finished by this time next week!

Grin I am one lucky swap partner!!!

My progress is slow and steady. Changed a couple of times about the materials I was going to use but on the path now.

I decorate - whilst hubs gets about the business of getting he garage ready to have friends over  Tongue - on the 1st December (one year we had a real pine tree and it smelt so good) and sometimes I am lucky if I have the decorations down by Easter (I know bad luck right?!!) I try and thrift decorations like paper snowflakes from catalogues, mini twig Christmas trees and paper garlands. Might start looking for more repurpose ideas for this year!!

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

December 1st is my decorating day too, and I put it away before New Year's. It's the two days of the year that I open the closet it's all stuffed into. Gotta love a hubby that doesn't say a word about an entire closet dedicated to Christmas. Or yarn or craft stuff or schoolbooks or...

Moving right along with rackycoo's project. Trying to kill some time before I can touch it again. Biting my nails 'til I see what miracle she's created!

I usually decorate right after Thanksgiving and leave it up until New Year's. I love having the tree lit up every night.
