Hi guys!
Hope somebody has an idea. I bought a brandnew Toyota Super Jeans J26 on the Internet. I am totally unable to archive a proper thread tension. I tried every possible tread tension setting, changed needle thread and bobbin thread and the needle, nothing helps. Either the needle or the bobbin thread tension is too tight or it makes sloppy stitches. What can I possibly try yet? I know, I can just give it back but I want to make sure that I am not acting stupid...What could possibly be broken on the machine?

That totally stinks!  I was going to suggest you clean it but if it's brand new that's not the problem.  Have you tried calling the company you bought it from and/or the manufacturer?
