I love fall and decorating for the Autumn and Thanksgiving seasons.  So I wanted to make some fun and colorful fabric leaves for a festive table decoration.  I grabbed a handful or scrap fabric, some embroidery floss, some vegetable netting, and a few beads, buttons, and sequin to make these crafty leaves.  And they can be displayed in a few ways (as a table or mantle decoration, as a centerpiece, stuck in a pumpkin as a decoration, inserted into a potted plant, as a garland).  Then I used the same idea to create some matching napkin rings.  I love how this project brightens up my fall table.

I've posted a full tutorial on my blog: http://hubpages.com/hub/DIY-Craft-Tutorial-Scrap-Fabric-Fall-Autumn-Leaves-Table-Decoration-and-Napkin-Ring

Create, create, create, and then create some more!
