So, anyone else a fan of Jenny Lawson? I totally started a Traveling Red Dress.
I made this dress years ago and just got around to wearing it in April. And now I can show pictures to you guys! Yay!

A couple more on a blog.

Very glamorous! You look lovely wearing it, and I got a kick out of the cigarette! Now to buy a long cigarette holder? They are not that expensive. Quite lovely. Great job! And if you don't smoke, you can always use red ink or marker to paint the end of it and make it look lit.  Grin

Thanks you guys. The idea for a long cigarette holder did occur to me, when I was at the studio! Of course I didn't even get the cig until that day and I had to ask it of the hair dresser. Yes it was just a prop!
I have passed the dress on to a friend. I hope she gets the pics done. She would rock it even more than me.

This is gorgeous. What did you use for the lacing in the back?

Do it bunny! Do it! If I still had the dress I would totally send it to you, you can't be any bigger than me, right?
Thanks for the words everyone!
Color, the lacing in the back was done with some stuff I think I got from Hobby Lobby. It wasn't supposed to be used like that. It was really loopy and hard to describe. I made the loops out of the same stuff and it really didn't like slipping through itself! But it looked good and that's what counts, right?
