Seriously the one of the easier things I've done. Under 20 mins!

Trace a clip art image onto construction paper, this is a Jack Skellington pumpkin stencil.
After cutting out the shaded area paste colored tissue paper over the face.

Paste a line along one edge of the paper and form it into a roll

Add a battery powered tea light and you're all set!
