All right you rule-tweakers, you settle down now. Angry I seem to recall that envelope sizes were pretty clearly specified.

I will admit that my own approved 9"x12" envelope now seems to hold much less than I'd expected it to. But I'm going to be good and not stuff it beyond the acceptable limit. Of course I might realize after I've sealed it that I've forgotten to include one or two vitally important items, and would have to send them in a second envelope.  Wink
