In some recipes it says "bee pollen extract", but less common it explains what kind of extract it is.
Hello everybody!
Does anyone have any expereince making your own bee pollen extract? Most people eat, but I want to use it in cosmetics (lipbalm, toner etc.).

Right now, I'm making a glycerin based extract, which I'll let sit for about 4 weeks.
- 100 ml glycerin
- 30 g bee pollen

Though, I've been told different stories about making bee pollen extract yourself:
"You can only do bee pollen extract with oil" = infused oil
"You can only do it with alcohol" = alcohol extract
"You cant do bee pollen extract at all, because the nutrients won't dissolve in the oil/alcohol"

Anyone know who's right or wrong here?
