I do burlesque routines, I have seen some really amazing bustles that some girls wear and I really wanna try making some but I am some trouble finding tutorials online for them. They look like just a regular bustle made out of mesh fabrics, and black elastic cords that ties around you for the most part

if anyone can help me out that would be great

Is this what you had in mind?  Looks pretty simple, a buncha rectangles gathered into a waistband.

If you want just the bustle, leave off the front part.

If you're thinking of something different, could you post a picture?  I googled "burlesque bustle" and they all looked similar to this one, but don't look like elastic cord is that important.  By "mesh" do you mean net?  I saw some made this same way out of net.
