I have no idea where to put this but it is a bag of sorts...

I needed a way to preserve my ancient cardboard hanger box and make it easier to carry into shows.   OK, truth is I really need to be working on MareMare's mini quilt and am hopelessly paralyzed with indecision* so making a 'really important' tool for work seemed like a good excuse to procrastinate some more.

It is simple construction of quilters cotton, lined in muslin with cotton twill tape for straps.

A bit more on my blog.  http://twasbrilligand.blogspot.com/2013/10/problem-solving-or-avoiding-what-i-am.html

*It doesn't count as a UFO if you started something and then changed your mind does it?  Because if it does, I just added about 10 UFO's to my stash...

Thanks.  It was a silly distraction, but I think it is actually going to be quite useful.

What a great idea!  And handy!  With 5 people in the house, and we don't really use dressers except for socks and underwear so everything pretty much gets hung up.  I should make something similar to carry around with me from closet to closet collecting hangers when I need them!  Something like this would make my life MUCH easier!

Thanks for sharing!

I make soap and other "cosmetics" as defined by the FDA and in my spare time I sew.... Sewing is therapy for me in dealing with life stresses and my chronic pain.  When I hurt and can't sew, I plan what I want to sew.  I also have a great husband, three kids and three fur kids.....
