It's fall, time to break out the caramel apples!  These are made from a kit.  It was still one you cook on the stove, but really I should have just made it from scratch.  It wouldn't have been too many more steps.  Oh well, they still tasted great, or at least the first few I dipped.  As I was getting to the last of the caramel those hardened up like a fudge consistency instead of gooey taffy caramel.  I still enjoyed my smores though!





Smores! mini chocolate chips, mini dehydrated marshmallows, and crushed graham cracker bits.
