I made this lycra top using a rtw as a guide, it has only one seam at the back and it is very easy to make. I have made it approximately ten times so far and I sure will make it again. It has only one seam at the back, a hem at the bottom and a finishing  at the back. The whole construction takes less than one hour if you are good at sewing. I promise to post a tutorial as soon as I find enough internet time!

wow--it looks quite expensive and high fashion!  One hour?  ha ha maybe three for the rest of us! Wink

I love it and hope that you can tell how it is made!

You are looking good...all of the modeling has made your pictures so fun to look at!  Thanks for sharing this lovely top...It would be nice under a suit jacket for fall.

He he he alwaysinmyroom these one-hour projects reminds me of the convertible dress. They say one hour but it takes more than one hour only to cut evenly the circle skirt and one more hour to cut evenly the straps.  But this is really one hour including gathering the materials and cutting: it has one seam at the back, one hem at the bottom and a finishing at the back. If you have a serger it is even faster than one hour.

I love how simple yet beautiful it is.
It looks great on you!

I'm not sure I could wear this gracefully (I have two rather big bellies on top of eachother, lol), but I bet my Marc would love to see it on me.

Looks great.  I cannot wait for the tutorial.  I could really use a top like that.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.
