Hello all ~ I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself.  I'm and avid cross stitcher and love everything about it.  I usually have a few different WIPs going at once ~ and I don't feel one bit bad about that, lol.  I am very involved in charity stitching and have stitched for Love Quilts, the Sandy Hook Memorial quilts and have also started my own stitching charity that stitches for Ronald McDonald houses, among other places.

My current WIPs are Maggie the Messmaker, Swan Love and a few other smaller things for gifts and the charities.  I am also just waiting for a good spot of time to open up to start my first HAED, the pattern I will be doing is Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim.  (http://heavenandearthdesigns.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=160_413&products_id=8701) I am hoping to start that at New Year's at the very latest.

I'm happy to have such a large online community as this.  I look forward to taking part and contributing!   Smiley

I'm new too. I signed up for a Craftster account motnhs ago, but I only got around to lurking and then got distracted by getting pregnant. Grin

I do a lot of different crafts, but I'm an avid cross-stitcher too! I usually stitch my own designs, but I have been having a lot of fun stitching up some designs from http://thefrostedpumpkinstitchery.bigcartel.com/. I'm currently working on their Christmas on Gingerbread Lane sampler, and I am finishing up the last part of their 2013 Woodland Sampler. Both are sort of stitch-alongs since the pattern parts are released over time and tons of people are working on them at the same time. They have a Facebook group and a Flickr group (plus Instagram tagging) where people share their projects.

@kittykill - That would be awesome! I'm a little behind right now because I had some other projects I was trying to finish up. I have the first house, the figures from the first and second part of the pattern, and about 2/3 of the second house done. I mightleave the numbers at the bottom out, but I haven't decided yet. I've been posting my progress on Instagram. Are you on there?
