I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Finally got around to altering an old A-Team pillowcase into something useful, since no one would actually sleep on the scratchy thing. Had two hours of uninterrupted time last night to stitch it up and add a button.

1983 A-Team pillowcase. Pretty cool, but impossible to sleep on.

I have the exact same pillow case! I've been saving it for years because I want to do something cool with it- and this is a great inspiration. I love how your wallet came out!

Awesome upcycle!  I am always on the lookout for interesting sheets at Goodwill.  I've never found anything though, folks must hold onto them.   Cheesy  Is this one you have had since forever or was it a lucky find?

Ahahaha! Reading that totally made my day better, thank you!

Had it a while and, like most of the vintage sheet sets I have stored away, came from a thrift shop. Smurfs, He-Man (with She-Ra!), Snoopy, Star Wars, Holly Hobby, Superman, Pokemon and one cherished Harry Potter sheet. Two Star Wars curtains became a bag a few years ago, but I have yet to chop up any of the others. We need an "alter a sheet" challenge so I can have a reason to finally do something with them. Besides hoard them, I mean.  Wink

That pillowcase was just too awesome to be tossed. It had to be given a new life and you nailed it!! So awesome.

I agree that an alter a vintage sheet challenge would be a good one.  We'd just need to give folks like a year to find one!
