Love the Girafishbird! I'm not surprised you like it, Susi - put a few more eyes on it and it could be one of yours!

*SNORT*  Yes I thought that too, but it is also not mine, so I'm all the more delighted Grin

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

I asked my partner SheepBlue for something small, as our little house has long ago filled up and display space is hard to find anymore. She responded brilliantly with this really quite tiny assemblage:

It's mostly natural materials picked up on her neighbourhood walks, but there are also tiny watch gears, a bottle cap and fragments of rusty metal included:

I love it a lot! It's amazing how much it's like my own style - semi-symmetrical, strings with beads and bits of stuff, mixture of natural and man-made... it's me! But even though it's small, finding wall space for it is still going to be tough, because I've already tried it in a few spots and it's clear that it won't go just anywhere. Cheesy
